Positioned in the epicenter of the central business district, this landmark transaction marks a pivotal turning point for one of downtown’s most recognizable cornerstones. The transaction was brokered by Shawn Jacobs and Danny Kolp of MOXIE and Andrew Visser of Bluepoint Equities.

The new owner, who wishes to remain anonymous at this time, plans to launch a reimagined Flanagan’s style restaurant concept following a complete renovation. This next chapter will preserve the building’s legacy while introducing a modern, elevated guest experience. A new gathering place rooted in Irish tradition and elevated for today’s social scene is set to open with Flanagans Social House, a modern Irish pub concept designed to blend timeless hospitality, elevated comfort food, and a vibrant nightlife atmosphere into a one-of-a-kind destination for locals and visitors alike.
The redesigned venue will reimagine the classic Irish pub through rich wood finishes, warm lighting, and authentic design touches, paired with an energetic and welcoming social atmosphere that transitions from laid-back daytime dining to a lively late-night experience.
