Shawn Jacobs

Bringing a relaxed yet focused approach to commercial real estate, Shawn has cemented his reputation as a prominent leader in the industry, specializing in multifamily apartment building sales. In 2025, he proudly achieved the multifamily sales leader within the West Michigan Residential and Commercial Board of Realtors.

 

With a track record of identifying, sourcing, negotiating, and structuring over $150M in investment sales, acquisitions, and developments, Shawn leverages his deep industry insight to empower clients and drive successful outcomes. As an active investor himself, Shawn understands the intricacies of repositioning and selling value-add multifamily from both sides of the table. His experience leading a multifamily acquisitions team for the largest apartment buyer in San Diego gives him the ability to provide clients with real-world guidance. He thrives on forging strong relationships based on trust and clear communication, ensuring that each transaction aligns with his clients' unique goals.

 

Outside of the office, Shawn loves to spend his free time boating on Lake Michigan with his golden retriever, Shae. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys traveling the world, hiking, and fly fishing. He believes that a balanced lifestyle fuels creativity and innovation in his work, making him a well-rounded advisor for his clients. Danny Kolp

Danny is a real estate investor and licensed agent with a strong ability to identify opportunity where others might overlook it. He specializes in distressed properties, helping buyers uncover hidden value while guiding sellers through complex transactions with confidence and clarity.
 

Danny began his real estate journey at Western Michigan University, where he earned a degree in Entrepreneurship while competing as a Division I basketball player. The discipline and competitive mindset developed on the court continue to shape how he approaches deals and relationships in the real estate world.

Outside of work, Danny enjoys traveling and spending time with his girlfriend, Sarah. For him, real estate has always been about more than just properties—it’s about building strong relationships and helping people move forward with confidence.

Kyle Kimble

Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Kyle has always been driven by a simple mission: connecting with people, encouraging growth, and helping others navigate important life decisions. After graduating from Grand Valley State University, he began his career in healthcare, working closely with families as they managed major life transitions. That experience built a strong foundation in empathy, communication, and problem-solving—skills that now serve him well in real estate.

Kyle spent five years with RE/MAX of Grand Rapids, building experience and relationships throughout the local market before joining MOXIE Real Estate & Development. Today, he focuses on multifamily investment opportunities across Michigan, helping clients identify properties that create long-term value and growth.

He is passionate about building community and creating opportunities through real estate, whether assisting a first-time investor purchasing a duplex or helping experienced buyers expand their portfolios to 50 units and beyond. Kyle believes that strong relationships, clear communication, and a long-term perspective are key to successful real estate investing.

Chase Klimczak

Chase Klimczak brings a people-first, innovation-driven approach to real estate, grounded in the analytical rigor of a finance background and a constant eye for what's next. Born and raised in West Michigan, he combines deep local roots with a forward-looking mindset and an eagerness to spot opportunity, move on it, and bring clients along for the win.

Chase earned his degree in Finance from Michigan State University, where he developed a sharp eye for numbers, deal structure, and long-term value creation. Before joining MOXIE Real Estate & Development, he built his career in ecommerce, learning how to identify opportunity early, scale efficiently, and build relationships that turn one-time buyers into long-term partners. That combination of financial discipline, entrepreneurial drive, and a genuine love for connecting with people shapes the way he approaches every transaction. Today, he focuses on helping clients uncover hidden value and structure deals that align with their long-term goals.

Outside of work, Chase enjoys golfing, scuba diving, and lifting. He believes the best advisors are the ones who listen first, think creatively, and stay genuinely invested in their clients' success, and that's the energy he brings to every conversation, every deal, and every relationship.
